I love my phox glass water filter, it’s so easy to use and the refills are easy to order and plastic free. Brilliant eco friendly company.

This is the second review I have posted. As before I love the jug and the filtered water, my problem is customer service and no continuous follow up from more than one person! I have been in touch with them for over three months now and have to explain the situation each time a new person emails me back!! Having got to the stage of them sending me the new filters to replace the ones I returned only for them he new ones to be the same as the ones again!! Absolutely ridiculous. Still unresolved and I’ve given up on their customer services now.

Quick, excellent service via the live chat. Sent out a replacement cartridge even though my jug was slightly out of warranty. Very effective refill packs.

Delivered quickly, doing a good job, and reducing waste

I’ve used Phox for just over a year now and have recently renewed my cartridge. Apart from being a bit fiddly to undo and close the refill process is very straightforward. I have every faith that I am getting additional magnesium now due to picking the alkaline pack. I had to pause my refills for a few months around Christmas time and that was absolutely fine and the admin was great. I definitely recommended that you try it!

The Phox glass water filter. This is a brilliant bit of kit! I love the fact that my water is stored in a glass jug and not plastic. No plastic filters to dispose of every month. The water tastes clean, fresh and pure. Arrives beautifully packaged, initial set up is very easy and well explained. It is a joy to use.

- The description was inaccurate. The jag capacity is 1.7 L and not 2.2, which is very small for 2 people. - Filtration is very slow. - The pouring end is too wide, making it hard to pour water with sufficient precision.

Great product & refills

The water softening option appears to be working for the hard water we have in Cambridge. Hopefully the kettle will still be ok in another 40 days
