Update: Still very happy with the cleanliness and purity of water - the only thing I would point out is that there might be a bit of a manufacturing fault with regards to the shape of the product. The plastic does not fit on the glass jar very easily, it took me a few tries and I have seen some reviews from people saying they have broken the glass accidentally because it disconnected itself from the plastic top and handle. Just might be some constructive feedback to pass on to the creators. Other than that, I agree very much with eco-friendly ideas! Just received the filter today - the water is instantly more clear, purified and all the chlorine smell and taste has gone. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend it! Efficient and eco-friendly on the top of it all!

We have the original smaller jug but found that we use it so much it has to be topped up a lot. The fridge door jug is a better size and conveniently sits in the fridge.

My order was dispatched very quickly and delivered within a few days. The packaging and instructions were simple and clear. The jug itself is beautiful and fits perfectly in the fridge door. The water tastes great and I’m very happy with my purchase. The app to remind you when to change your filter is very handy.

We’ve been ordering Phox refillable packs since 2020 after buying 2 filter jugs. What attracted me to this company was the environmental stewardship reflected in their products. We love using the filter refills knowing less is going into landfill and our bodies are receiving clean, healthy water for life.

The delivery method was what I was hoping for with Royal Mail. I wish the jug would fit in my fridge door or even fridge! I hope the customer service will be excellent should I need it! Having said that I am not disappointed with the item and the water definitely tastes better in this brand than the one I was using!
