Fantastic concept product. The refil system works well. And it looks good in the kitchen. I have both plastic and glass version and both works well. I've been using it for more than 4 years already and has never used anything else!

Not sold - I brought a yearly subscription, sorry to say I will not be renewing. I find the filter is very slow to filter. It is not good to user in my Britta filter kettle as the cartridge seems to deteriorate it (the clips don’t secure the lid part securely) assuming from the heat. Now that I have a Brita recycling point at my local Robert Dyas and Tesco, I will be going back to Brita.

I have been using the refillable cartridges in my existing water filter for about a year. This has now broken and decided to buy the Phox V2 glass filter. Looks very stylish in my new kitchen. The Phox V2 was on offer at the time of purchase and I will continue to make savings using my new filter.

Fantastic company. Sustainable, very quick delivery. 5* would highly recommend. 100% better than other water filters you can buy. The water from the filter jug is so nice as we live in an excessively chalky water area & can't drink the tap water!

I love our Phox filter jug - one just that is east to clean and the filter substrate really works. I always notice a huge difference in the taste of our water when I replace the filter, and it lasts as long as advertised.

I have been using the jug and alkaline filter for more than year now. Love the taste. And staff at phox are great too always helpful snd respond fast

Best water filter ever, especially good for the environment as the filter is completely reusable. Phox even have their own app regarding the filter.

Phox water filters ensure fresh clean filtered water with out the need to recycle cartridges, at a good price, environmentally friendly refill packs delivered to your door, what more do you need, I woukd definitely recommend.

We owned a different type of water filter for many years and was looking for a change. After reading several reviews - I made the switch to Phox and we haven't looked back! There are 3 filter options, which is my favourite preference about Phox. We chose Alkaline, as any chance for boosted magnesium levels is a bonus. I love the ease of changing the filter, how quickly the jug filters water (we drink a lot, so this is important) the sturdiness of the jug (Phox V2 - 2.2 lt) and the amazing taste of the water. I ordered direct from the company with ease, pleasant interaction and a quick delivery time. There are step by step instructions on their website and contact details for any support required in your new journey with Phox! My only request is for Phox to make a counter top version whereby you can fill 2 times the amount of water :-) We are so happy we made the switch and highly recommend the Phox V2 Jug.
