Easy and efficient turn round of the prescription

Ordering online OK - BUT also nice to be able to talk to a kind real person if there is a problem/difficulty. (I am definitely a very Senior Citizen, so technology doesn't always work for me!) For instance: How many tablets I have left on the Vet's Prescription. Or, how do I get my Prescription photo uploaded to the site. Simple for some......

Placed my order for Advocate and sent them a copy of the prescription from my vet. They took the money and confirmed the order then waited a few days and sent me an email saying it was not a valid prescription. But it absolutely was. It was a copy straight from my vet's systems. So far no refund has been issued. I suspect I have been scammed.

I ordered two librela inoculations and they arrived two days later by secure delivery and as they require to be kept at between 1 and 5 degrees C they were packed with a still hard ice pack and well wrapped with insulation. Very cost effective compared to vets bills, even after paying the required prescription from the vet.
