Pelican Water Systems are all about helping you solve water problems in your particular area. They help you to understand what it takes to install their systems. I contacted a plumber for an estimate to install my whole house water system, he wanted $1700. With the help of Pelican, I installed the system myself for less then $20 for PVC pipes and glue. They are all about customer service. They are more interested in customer service than making that last dollar. I love Pelican Water Systems.

If I knew that my glassware would be nice as clear as my salt water soften Imwould not have purchased this product. Everything has a film, disgusting. I hate it. Called and nothing they have will improve this!!!

very easy to install for home owners. I could tell a difference in the water early on, was doing canning and no longer had a white film on my jars after hot water bath. Water was clear no after taste my coffee tastes better I believe.

Great customer service. I bought the whole house water filter and salt free water softener. My wife noticed an immediate difference in the shower. Her head isn't itchy anymore after getting out of the shower. The water tastes great too - whether it's shower water, faucet water, or even toilet water - hey it's all filtered :).

The good news is the system works. Through testing we learned we had bacteria in our water, but after installing the system, our water was clean. We have the sediment filter, carbon filter, and UV light. I also found the customer service to be excellent. The reason I rated so low was because of the carbon filter. I ended up bypassing this filter because it was too tricky to make work. First, the controls are not at all intuitive (arrows do not point to the way the water flows). The carbon bag is far too easy to clog the tank even if you try and follow the instructions for how to get it started. And after it seemed to be working, it would clog again. Our well is only rated at 4 GPM, which works perfectly for our house, except when we have the carbon filter engaged. I think for the price of the product and price of ongoing maintenance, that we overpaid for a carbon filter that is too much of a trial and error system and ultimately in our case doesn’t work. Of course, you can’t tell from the arrows on the valves where the water is flowing, but since we have water in the house, then I’m sure we are bypassing the carbon filter. And while it was my decision to add the carbon filter, it really wasn’t necessary for where we live. So ultimately a waste of money and time. I want to give them 5 stars, but can’t. I would still buy the system, but I would have liked a better understanding first of what I would be dealing with, and I would have better researched exactly what I needed.

I really like this system. Water tastes great, has a high flow rate and the tank refills relatively quickly. I called customer service during installation and they were fantastic.
