Excellent customer service! I received a UV filter with a defect and they replaced the part no questions asked and expedited the shipping.

They gave me great service and advice when an much older system failed as past it's replacement life. I highly recommend their products.

From ordering the under-the-counter RO system, to delivery and installation, Pelican Water Systems provided great service with answering installation questions and hands on service when we encountered an unexpected problem. (our own doing...) Our water now tastes great, and I am confident it is pure-plus I no longer need to waste time buying bottled water! Definitely a win for us!!

My new system hooked up easy. When it came to the bulb the casing was cracked around the connector, I called the company and they replaced it without any problem. Thank you Pelican Water Systems.

Very easy simple to install. The water feels great right away after installing the pelican water system

Expensive to install , requires regular,expensive maintenance . Softner does not remove all minerals from water.

I am the area authorized installer for Pelican. I install and service all their equipment. Top notch equipment that does what it says. Customer service and tech support are outstanding!

Robert L. was very knowledgeable and patient when I originally made my call to Pelican to discuss what system I needed for my house. I have since called back a couple of times to speak with him and their technical support staff about minor, self inflicted issues. They have been great. They even returned phone calls when they said they would, which is a rare thing nowadays! I would definitely recommend Pelican to anyone looking for water treatment systems.

Filtered water comes out VERY slowly.

Great product water in house is totally filtered. Does not spot shower doors. Very happy with it.

Good water flow and easy installation.

We paid for the system, but when they came out to install it, the system would not fit. We live in a condo with a tight closet it would be installed in. He assured us it would fit. We have been trying to get a refund but it has been two weeks and they have not given us a credit. We are very disappointed in their service

Knowledgeable sales people. Fast delivery. Seems to work well. Only complaint is instructions could be better for installation. Had to buy $200 worth of fittings for install.

I have a whole house filter system PSE-2000, looks like not a good quality. Both two cover stainless tube is not tightened and wobbling, water softner not working correctly, water still leave white mark after dry.
