We have used the Pelican Water Conditioner System in our last two homes. There is no finer system in our opinion. Other systems may soften the water in your home but the Pelican Conditioner System gives you good,fresh,clear water.

Before I bought my Pelican filter, PSE1800-PUV-7 filter, my plumber recommended Aquasana. He told me how great they are and that it is the best filter out there. After speaking with Aquasana, I wasn’t convinced it’s the one we want. We wanted a filter that is both elegant and efficient - a combination that we only found in Pelican. When we spoke to Pelican, Robert Leven in customer service was great, and I must say that we probably wouldn’t have purchased the product if not that he was very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. 👍👍👍👍👍. He gave us all the information we needed and called us back promptly when we had questions that we needed answers about. Our overall experience is fantastic and I would recommend the system to anyone who is looking for a salt free whole house water filteration system. I ordered the iron and manganese well water system to try and clean up the disgusting taste and smell of my well water. What a difference!!! My well water is now pristine. Five Stars to you Pelican
Company and this product as a whole is exceptional. Only issues encountered involved installation. The Installation Kit offered with this unit is basic at best. Most installations will require more hardware and the expertise of qualified plumbers. With that said, I highly recommend this Whole House System over any others on the market for reliability, low maintenance and Eco friendliness.
the filter tank leaks the water quality worse than the 10 year old hague water filter was.
I wanted a filter that would lessen soap residue and make the water soft. The salesman recommended the whole house water filter. While the water can now be drunk from regular tap water and it tastes great, the soap residue remains. I tested the water and it's not soft although most of not all minerals have been removed. It's a great water filter if that's what you need. I may have to add a water softener to achieve desired results.
Pelican was great. I am handy, but I could not install the system myself, I had call a plumber.
Installed a whole house filter system last year. Now adding a fluoride filter to it. This was explained in detail with a technicl representative and the sales rep adding the new component to an existing system, the new filter to be in-line with the existing components. No one bothered to tell me that the hardward needed to to connect the two filter components had to be ordered separately. So the filter arrived...the plumber arrived to install it...and couldn't! That cost me $85 for the service call with nothing to show for it, along with the loss of the time invested in getting set up for the installation and returning everything that had to be moved tback into place, and the looming expense of more time and money when the now-orderd part finally arrives.To make this even more bizarre, the new component comes complete with a new pre-filter which I didn't need, and when I explained that to the sales rep was told they're sending it anyway but knocking $50 of the bill. If any of this makes sense to anyone, please let me know..
Pelican was very open, straight forward in describing their products, and recommending just what we needed. They shipped as offered, and we are looking forward to years of trouble free conditioned water.
