We ordered shower filter with handheld shower head and like it so far.

took about 2 hours to install the ns3 and uv lamp would have gone faster if they gave you some additional adapters to go from there 1" the my house 3/4" pex. they should ask you what you have when ordering the installition kit.

Great advice from Pelican Water representative. Quick delivery and packaged well to protect contents. System was rather difficult to install with plumbing parts provided by a big box store, but it's working incredibly well. Water tastes great and comfortable that the UV light is doing it's job. Turbidity is way down since the fiber filter went in and the softener is working to bust up scale in the pipes. Very, very satisfied. A little pricy but I believe a great investment because our health maters to us. We're going to take another water test in 60 days to see just what results are and compare with our original water test.

They are very helpful and they don't give up until your problem is fixed. It has been great dealing with them. I'm very happy with their product and especially their service!

I love this product,. One thing I suggest thought if you do buy the product call the company direct to have package shipped to your address. In Nebraska there was no taxes or shipping charged. I save $20 by doing it directly.

Great people, we love the product big difference in water quality

I noticed an immediate change in the quality of my water. Slow draining sinks in my bathrooms have improved remarkably. I realize that with the considerable buildup of hard water residue over the years it can only improve even more. My coffee tastes great. My felines are drinking more water and enjoying it more. Mark me down as one extremely happy Pelican owner. I also highly recommend the folks who installed my system, ProTek. They were very professional in every respect: courteous, prompt and efficient

System is ok, using it for approximately 2 yrs. I'm on a well system and water doesn't taste as good as salesman said it would. I called to order new filters and made a comment about my drinking water and lady tried to sell me a reverse osmosis system for $500. I was like you have to be kidding me........ I purchased a ISTAGE Brand 5 stage reverse osmosis system from home depot for $200. shipped with a yr replacement of filters. 100% worth the money, now i have great tasting water and clear ice cubes.

With the installation of my rural water system and regular maintenance, I have used Pelican Water Systems components and have always been very satisfied with the affordable quality, availability, and service. I have recommended Pelican Water Systems to several neighbors, knowing they will be well-served.

Recently purchased replacement filters. They did not come with new o-rings or lube as did the original replacements left with initial installation. IMO these should be included with replacement filter purchases to maintain the system properly.

I installed a carbon block chlorine filter in the beginning of the year to help my one kidney wife. Chlorine and chloramines from the water dept have been found to cause problem with kidneys ,if you believe the web. Better safe than sorry. After a few months the block filter was clogging (Pelican filters are not inexpensive) and rinsing them off doesn't work so we invested in a Pelican sediment filter in-line before it. My advice is to buy the combination filter system of sediment and carbon block in the beginning. It's a little more costly to buy them one at a time than to get them together and easier to install if bought in a set . My sediment and chlorine filters are now installed and working fine. The water is crystal clear and tastes great. If you don't have a whole house filter and saw what you were drinking, you would buy one right away.
