Excellent customer service and product.

Ever since I ordered my first pelican shower filter, it's something I can't do without. You can really feel how much cleaner the water is, and the spa scented bar just makes it that much more enjoyable! Awesome product, awesome company.

Ordered the RO 6 stage under sink system and had professional plumbers install it. Despite professional install it was not flushing correctly. Sent pics via email to them and they spotted the issue and now it works great! Thanks for the assistance!!

We researched water treatment systems for a couple years,since we had no previous experience we looked at vendors that installed but weren't sold on the product,long story short a friend has your system and said they were very satisfied,they had a handyman install for them.after some time on U tube I was able to successfully install our system using your install kit and Sharkbite fittings to connect to the Pex line after "soak" and flush times install was less than an hour thanks

ordered a new uv bulb and sleve the company hight after that sent me another bulb and sleve they said was for auto order which i never signed up for now i have to pay for the new bulb and sleve and find a place to storer it safely

Excellent system for water softener.

I purchased the WF6 system and the end result is water that is delicious to drink. Prior to installing the system we had a salt based water softener. The difference is like day and night. I installed the system myself without any drama. Thanks for making our new house more of a home. An important update!!! - For my system to really regenerate better I removed the water restriction device in the outlet line. This was designed to restrict the flow to less than 1.5 gallons per minute. Without the little restrictor the flow is your home's water pressure which will be more like 10 gallons per minute. A big difference for no cost.

I received the replacement materials for my Pellican Water System at the time that was promised. The video on Youtube prepared to teach Pellican customers the proper way to replace carbon medium after it is expired is excellent. I watched the video a couple of times and followed every step to complete the replacement. With the instruction from the video, I do not need to hire a plumber to carry out the project, and was able to complete the task without making mistake.

Just had installed and the water does taste clean. Nice and compact too.

I have only had it installed for 3 days. It appears to condition the water well. The 48 hour soak time makes for a long installation process.

Purchase was easy decision on size was made simple by their predictive use examples. Price and discounts were awesome

I'm not a type of person to write reviews only unless I feel like a product meet my expectation and is user friendly due, etc... I am not plumber nor do I understand how to do plumbing and I was terrified. Long story short, I purchased the Pelican Water InstallKit Dual PSE1800 which made the installment of the whole house water system a success within a day!!! There is no leaking on the water system so happy about it. In addition, I also purchased the RO (Reverse Osmosis) machine and my dog and I love, love it! I bathe and feed my dog RO water and she's looking good! I'm not sure how about the filtered shower head with wand that I also purchased from Pelican Water. I guess, I am not too impressed with the filtered shower head because it look like it's not filtering the chlorine like the RO and whole house water system. Yes, I purchased the filter shower head and RO first and then I purchased the whole house water system with the water softener. I would like to say thank you to Vincent Moavero for his patience and hard work always there to help me on my journey of purchasing the Whole House Water System and installation kit. I also want to say thank you to another Pelican Water staff who assisted with me to resolve the issues back order of RO machine, but I can't remember his name. Overall, Pelican Water have a great team of staff who provides exceptional customer services support. Your business is reflection of your workers and thank you so much for hiring educated, emphatic and reliable workers.

Order was filled for new filters and media, change over very simple and now have great tasting water agin. If you have city water this product will take out the smell and taste of the chemicals for great clean water.

We had our system installed and it started leaking a week later. We called and left a message and then they showed up to fix it randomly without even calling us back to verify a time. Of course they came when we were super busy to fix the problem. It seems to have fixed the leak for now. We are also experiencing an unusual smell in the water now, not sure if it is the newness or if it has unmasked the smell that the chlorine smell was hiding but this was not mentioned when we bought the system. They treat you as if they don’t need your business.

I purchased this additional system to remove iron that suddenly became a problem of having excellent water. The new system was installed and several tmes got technical help to assure myself of doing correctly. I already had a Big Blue filter and a Carbon filter and a Ultra Violet system before...the purchase iron filter was added. The cost was somewhat high but what really offended me was to see all I have now for the same price I paid for half of the equipment....that made me fill taken advantage off
