Installation of the water connections was very difficult due to the fact they did not except the copper fittings without leaking so both plumbers putty and Teflon tape or necessary to complete the connections if it was not for your tactical support advising me of this I would have sent the entire unit back

Absolutely clear ice cubes!! First filtered system to give ice as clear as bottled water!! This is the most impressive part to me, next to the taste. I was surprised though at the room it takes under the cabinet. I was really xpecting a much smaller foot print. Just had the unit for two days, but so far great!!! A plumber was needed though for the installation.

My rating is based on a three stage filtration system installed 2 years ago. The blue pre-filter is big enough for me to see whenever I am in the back yard and therefore reminds me to change it twice yearly. Not ugly enough to hide with an enclosure. Six months of water through the pre-filter yields rust covering the entire filter membrane - a way to let us know it is working. One of the better engineering features of this thing is it has a slot for the wrench to change the element; its like - these guys have searched for that wrench in the past & did something for the rest of us - bravo.
I did a lot of research and made the decision to go with Pelican Water Systems. I could not be more happy. Support was outstanding, installation was very simple and the instructions were clear and well thought out. Our water is now outstanding. I recommend this company to anyone.

The Pelican representative was courteous and attentive and assisted me in ordering the correct replacement filters and O rings.
Sales person was great - I have had the system for two weeks - water taste not good - carbon still in water - am now having to get water tasting kit mailing it out for testing - I feel they should come out and test the water instead of having to wait to see what can be done to adjust the system not a very happy customer right now!
Were not clear on initial order so it was incomplete. Consequently, I had to pay an additional $100 for a plumber to return.
From sales pitch thru installation, everything was top notch. All my questions were answered so I understood the answers.

Love the shower filter & autoship every 6 months (or time you choose. It makes it easy to always change out your filter in a timely manner!
Improved taste of water, but not to the level I was hoping for. Unfortunately we previously lived in an area where our drinking water came from a head spring that we then ran through a water treatment/softener. Most visitors often remarked how good the water tasted. Now I ponder whether the cost of this present system was worth the end result. Of course there is the possible water quality improvements aspect.
