Got a salt free water purification system at a good fair price. Installation & installers we're exceptional. I have only had the system less than a month. So far I can see the difference in the shower & drinking. Have to check laundry.

Had the compact filter system with water softener(3 canister model) shipped to me. It arrived with the filters installed, but the plastic wrapper was still on the pre filter and the charcoal filter. When the water was turned on, the media began oozing out of the softener canister. It was ruined. I ordered another and it, too, arrived damaged and with the media all over the place. Customer service made things right, but the folks who packaged the filters were very sloppy in shipping of the product. Other than that, the products, I believe, have made a big difference in the water quality at my home.
This is the second whole house filter system like this I bought. I'm installing this system at my mothers house. This is a great system for the whole house. I have been using it for 7 years on my house with excellent results.

Water System I live in Florida so my system got to me the very next day. The install went very good following the directions that came with the units. The units look good and take up very little room. It's too early at this time to say how good the system works, it has been on line now for only ten days, so far so good.
Professional staff. They answered all questions and addressed all concerns about installation. Quick delivery service. All the parts were delivered without mistakes and missing parts. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Once the filtration system was installed, I noticed an immediate change to the better in the condition of my water. No chlorine smell and no hard water. I would strongly recommend Pelican Water System products to anyone looking for an exceptional water filtration.

Overall, very happy with the system. Online salesman was great. Help select a filter and softener for my needs. Actually saved me lots of money. Selected the N6. Water tested by Texas A&M before calling. Water is provided by a private well. Pre-filter works great. My house is new so issues with older houses have not happened. Softener seems to be doing it’s job. White calcium marks now just wipe off. I was worried about water pressure after installing. Not an issue. My water pressure is actually better now in the house since i reworked some of my water lines. Installing was very easy. PEX and PVC are very easy to work and the system has great documentation.

Excellent product, best tasting water period. Make sure to change the small blue filter for initial large sediment as needed, for me once every four months. Every five years the charcoal media must be replaced. Do these things like clockwork and there will be no problems.
I just purchased the Pelican whole house filter system with salt free softener and UV. We had the system installed by one of their local recommended plumbers, Waterboy's Plumbing. We could not be happier with the installation and system so far. I noticed a better taste to the well water and the hard water spots did not remain on the windshield and body paint after drying. Time will tell, but so far so good.
