Water never tasted so good.

We installed a Pelican water system a few years ago and are very happy with it. We live in an area with extremely hard water that also contains a lot of iron. We change our filters twice as often as recommended because of this, and have excellent results.

This purchase is an automatic ship for replacement filter on existing system. Works well but think I need a new gasket?

Been using Pelican Water Filters for a few years now. The water is filtered and makes the skin softer with out using salt.

I bought a water filtering system from Pelican and it is high quality and almost completely maintenance-free. The only items I have to buy are the cotton filters about once a year. They sell high-quality systems for a very reasonable price and their customer service is the best. Their customer service is extremely helpful and insightful and I always enjoy doing business with them when I have a question. Because the system I bought is so efficient I do not need to buy a water softening system to go with it. I can drink out of any faucet in the house and outside if I chose to.

So far so good. Installation was done right. Water taste great.

We have been very happy with our undercounter water filtration system. And the customer service when I called to order replacement filters was excellent. You speak to someone who knows the products not just a call center eorker. Very helpful.

I had a salt system for many years, was really starting to destroy my copper plumbing! I'm a DIY type person, I installed the unit, using all PVC and PVC valves, very easy.Filling the system and soak instructions could be made a little more clear! I would recommend the unit, works very well!

I love my Pelican reverse osmosis water system. The customer service has been excellent.

I feel bad leaving a 1 star. I suppose I could leave a 2,3,4,5 stars, honestly, I don't know, and can't tell if this system is doing anything. There is NO way to know if the water I'm showering in, is ANY different than the water straight from the shower without the filter. I'd have to get my own water testing kit and chemicals to check myself.

Highly recommended who are looking for water software and filter system for the whole house

PWS is a great company to work with whether via a plumbing supply store that sponsors them or via the internet or calling directly. The salesforce is very knowledgeable and helpful and the technicians seem to know what their product will and will not do. Some improvements are needed and hopefully with time these will be addressed. 1. RO system is great but they need to add a stainless steel faucet 2. PWS offers a free water testing system which will test your house water and RO water to make sure the system is working well. It is really a plus and tells you how well your system is working but I would like to see them supply the plastic bottles with a small returning box with a label and then charge about $10 for the service. It would be a great way of making sure their customers are running the system correctly and get better compliance. It would also offer a way of showing good customer relations. 3.Improvement of their system and make it even better and by this I mean more removal of the well water solutes.

Great customer service and products

I'm more than pleased with my Pelican shower filter and counter top filter. I have city water that at times has a very strong chlorine odor. Both filters eliminate 100% of the odor. I have used various shower filters over the years and the Pelican is the best by far! I have the counter top filter hooked up to my bathroom sink. Pelican's products are of the highest quality and look great. They have almost immediate shipping and great customer service when I called them.

This is our second system. Everything worked as advertised. We replaced a reverse osmosis system that only filtered the ice maker. With the Pelican system all water to the house is filtered for about the same cost.

I still can’t get used to the taste. It tastes the same as arrowhead water bottles No chloride smells, that I like.

Love the products, service, etc. and have recommended Pelican Water Systems to others.
