Fantastic customer service by Caitlin, who answered my endless list of questions, replied to all my emails and messages promptly and stayed way past her home time to complete my booking. This is a trip of a lifetime, bucket list number 33 and thanks to Caitlin we will be cruising around some stunning countries, and topped off by watching F1 in Abu Dhabi. Would highly recommend if you want a trip of a lifetime, speak to Caitlin.

Excellent advice & help in booking an accessible room due to my disability. This is my first real holiday in 3 years so I'm glad I chose paramount cruises to book my special holiday.

Not long back from Cruise and then New Orleans Mardis Gras . All booked with Paramount, whole trip was organised and kept informed throughout. Flights, although long coming home were on time , hotels, transfers, NCL cruise all great. Holiday was as expected and more. Cannot fault Paramount and would certainly book with them again. Thankyou to Mo for doing the initial booking with me .

Excellent trip on the music cities, cruise and Mardi Gras! The Paramount team are fantastic. Tina was always on hand to help and give advice on booking. Patrick, Marco, Leah and Jess who accompanied the trip were so helpful and always on hand to ensure we had a great time. The hotels were fantastic 10/10!

Had an amazing time at the music city ncl cruise and mardi gras. Everything run like clockwork due to the hard-working paramount staff . All hotels were excellent in ideal locations with plenty of great organised tours to go on. Would not hesitate to use Paramount Cruises again. Thanks Mick and Colleen 2025

Just got home from the Mardi Gras cruise package. Would definitely recommend Paramount Cruises. Was very well organised and the team went above and beyond. Hotels were high standard and transfers & day trips were very well organised. Had the best time We’ve made lots of memories. We will be booking with Paramount again.

Just back from USA Music City Tour, cruise and Mardi Gras. Paramount staff did an excellent job, arranging all the transfers, tours, hotels etc always on time, friendly and informative. Our trip was fantastic due to their organisation so nice to have everything arranged for you.

Excellent service from the cruise advisors. I made a general enquiry for five of us, three adults in one cabin and two in the other for the cruise and F1 race. Within half an hour had a package made up by Mikey for everything I had asked for which unfortunately I wasn't able to book yet as one of our party had to get clearance from work, so had a nail biting weekend waiting. Luckily contacted Mikey Monday, who was unavailable in the morning, but had a call from Tina who helped out until Mikey got in work and secured our booking not without a couple of problems first. Thanks to both Mikey and Tina, now looking forward to both the cruise and race

The service agents are very knowledgeable and have a clear insight of the cruise service provisions. As a sole traveller, I am very impressed with the enhanced planned itinerary integrated with transfers (from the Airport to the Hotel and from the hotel to the port) makes the whole package an attractive and more convenient cruise to look forward to.
