Sales great, post booking customer support awful
They were generally ok when booking the cruise but as soon as they have your booking the support disappears. They no longer care. The agent they sold you the cruise is not longer your point of contact and their customer services opening hours are short. Good luck talking to them if you have a full time job! I wanted to amend our cabins to a higher grade after booking. 6 calls and countless emails later it’s still not done. There booking terms are worse than the cruise line direct too. In future I’ll go direct to the cruise line. Avoid.
