Mikey was excellent. He responded to all my left voicemails when he was on another call. He answered all my queries and reassured me on technical matters as I’m not that technologically minded and pointed me in the right direction. We returned from our trip on 24 Feb without there being any problems. Everything ran extremely smoothly. I highly recommend Paramount Cruises and hopefully will use them again.

Excellent level of support and communication given right from the start of my enquiry. E-mails, calls and messages responded to efficiently. Any queries about the booking was explained well and so good to be able to speak to somebody directly. Opportunity for further engagement with Paramount Cruises right up to the point of the cruise. What i particularly liked was that personal 'touch', being assigned an individual who you were able to contact should you need too. A really good start, excellent Customer Services. Would definitely use again, based on my experience so far, thankyou Andreia!

Paramount is perfect for providing a variety of destinations suited to all ages. Just back from a southern states, Mardi Gras and Caribbean adventure, (my third Paramount adventure) Hotels are generally chosen with care providing good locations for exploring. The tours offered are varied. All requests are discussed and made available, sometimes with a few adjustments. In all always has been very positive experience. Thank you for a wonderful time (Leah, Jess and Patrick) and Mo for help with booking. Definitely would travel with Paramount again.
