On contacting Paramount, I got quickly through to Mikey, who was very good indeed. Not only was he knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would in terms of calling me, etc, but he was hugely personable too. Availability of some aspects of our trip was sketchy, but he patiently handled everything and I came away from the call very confident in our arrangements.
