The service agent was very knowledgeable with the cruise itinerary. She is very patient and courteous and demonstrated a willingness to help at all times until a suitable cruise was established.
The service agents are very knowledgeable and have a clear insight of the cruise service provisions. As a sole traveller, I am very impressed with the enhanced planned itinerary integrated with transfers (from the Airport to the Hotel and from the hotel to the port) makes the whole package an attractive and more convenient cruise to look forward to.
