I saw a few companies doing the Niagra Falls, NYC and Canada Cruise, but I'm so pleased we chose Paramount! This itinerary is fabulous with a full day tour of Niagra and other places included in the price! Caitlin was absolutely brilliant from the minute she answered our call. Caitlin made sure everything we needed was included in our package and made it so easy to add an extra 2 days in NYC before our flight home, as I've never been before and wanted more time. Caitlin was very thorough indeed, very polite, professional and friendly! When I mentioned our Cabin on NCL and that we are Latitude members, Caitlin found our Latitude numbers, added them to our booking and then went on to help me pick and book our Cabin, which is situated very close to mid ship and the Elevators, but not too close for the noise. This will be our first Cruise since before the Pandemic and Caitlin has really helped to make it something so very special to look forward to 😊😎❤️🛳 Thank you Caitlin 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👏👍

Very helpful agent who understood my needs

Fantastic service from Andreia. Paramount got me a Virgin Voyages cruise for over £200 less than Virgin Holidays! I had quite a tricky flight itinerary, which Andreia throughly researched and booked saving me even more!

Robin was professional prompt with reply’s and very knowledgable. He added extras and didn’t need prompting. Happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Great service would have liked a bit more proactively

Taking through the stages required and looked after by Andrea from start to finish and enjoyed the experience, quote and dates had to be changed by me but this was finalized very smoothly.
