We have booked three trips with Paramount. One with Virgin and the price and package were amazing. Had a small problem with a transfer not turning up which they solved afterwards. Then a Celebrity Cruise which was OK - no credit given and zero communication before or even after the cruise which was poor. No, "have a great trip" or anything. and finally a transatlantic which we moved to them from Royal and they saved us £100. Again not great but better than nothing. I guess they are busy but for pricing they are good, for customer care and making you feel welcomed and appreciated Iwould give them a 2 to be honest. In response to their response. The email they sent was automated and not personal at all. No on had a name on it. Didn’t make you feel good at all.
