We always book cruises with Paramount, but to be fair Robin is the real reason we book every time with them. Great service and banter and Robin is our go to guy. Istanbul cruise hear we come!

Did a Paramount trip and cruise to the far east which was brilliant and well organised. Have just booked another trip and cruise with Paramount to New Orleans. The trip is organised by them and is good value.
Prompt responses to all queries and requests. Provided us with what we wanted, made some suggestions based on out input.

We travelled with Paramount to New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville in February and had such outstanding service throughout so as we were looking for a cruise to Norweigan Fjords in September we called and Tina found us the cruise we wanted. She is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, answering all our questions and giving us all the information we needed before going ahead with the booking. This was a first cruise and time in Canada and Alaska. It was the best experience for both hubby and myself. The ship celebrity Solstice was a wonderful time, but the whole trip to Vancouver, Alaska and Calgory was created and managed to perfection. Everything was organised and timely, from flights, pick ups and transfers, hotel areas, tickets to the stampede in Calgary completed the best holiday ever. We didnt need to worry about anything other than personal choices such as food and excursions. So thank you Paramount and people of Canada and Alaska

Exceptional service from Mo Abiola. I initially sent a query on a Facebook ad for a great itinerary I saw. Mo sent a quote and I’d had a couple of queries regarding the hotel and post cruise stay in New Orleans. Mo rang and gave me some excellent advice about the hotel and why this one had been chosen. Explained a bit about the Mardi Gras parade routes. He said he could do anything I wanted (as in changing the hotel, adding extra nights etc) but after his stellar advice, I ended up booking what was originally sent in the initial quote. Mo helped me book my chosen cabin whilst on the phone, applied my Cruise Next certificates and said he is available if I have any questions/queries or if I need to make any changes to my booking. Brilliant, brilliant service. Cannot thank you enough for your help/advice.
