Really good customer service Fast and reliable Very knowledgeable

The advertised price was the price we paid, which is very rare. As we have only just booked, and haven't yet sailed I will have to reserve judgement that things go to plan and what we booked is what we get! Service and efficiency can't be faulted though, from the initial phone call to follow up queries, and even linking friends who booked later to let people know that we were travelling together.

There were initially some issues as we required some changes from the Standard Package offered by Paramount. Mo Abiola was our Contact, and he worked really hard to help us get a really excellent package put together, we immediately booked the cruise holiday.
