Booked a collection

Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via…

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum Β£100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

Won`t be using this company again!

Won`t be using this company again!! Booked parcel collection for a certain date but noone showed. E mailed company they couldn`t give me a date for when my parcels would be collected. 2 day`s pass with no joy no collection`s no information when they would be collected. So cancelled and organised another courier. Stay clear!

What a load of rubbish on tracking said…

What a load of rubbish on tracking said be delivered on Saturday but according to website they don't and there closed til Monday so I wasted day for nothing what's point of tracking when not accurate

Totally Satisfied Customer.

From the ordering procedure last Saturday right through to me signing for them within a near 24 hour period, today, the experience has been tremendous. Even the collection yesterday was positively commented upon by the person who I had bought the wheels from & whilst tracking them the information was perfect in every way. I've used many couriers for many years but I believe this has been the simplest & most efficient service I've ever had, so please thank all concerned for the professionalism.

I used the bike courier website of…

I used the bike courier website of theirs and paid Β£54 for next day delivery, I was meant to have my parcel collected today from my work but no one showed up, tried to call them but no answer, I emailed the delivery department and was assured it would be collected today on numerous occasions, I was sending a bike to Ireland and now the recipient will not receive it on the day they were meant to, this will result in them needing to take extra time off work once the bike is actually collected. This is not a good start as I have another parcel which is meant to be collected tomorrow and I'm not exactly filled with confidence.

Worst courier ever

Worst courier ever, their drivers and warehouse staff will not take care of your parcels, even if you label goods as FRAGILE. Their "restricted items" and "send at your own risk" list is a page long. Basically almost anything you send with them will be a restricted item of some sort. They will not take ANY responsibility for the damage and will use their terms and conditions to get out of paying for any claims. Stay clear and use someone else if you want your goods to arrive in one piece.

Used twice now. Once as a buyer of wheels and once as a seller. Can't fault the service. Picked up Monday and delivered Tuesday. Really impressed.

2 weeks since collection and still no bike delivery

Tuesday 4th September our bike was picked up to be delivered the next day to my son in West Sussex. All good. Now it was not delivered the next day in fact by the Friday of the same week it had still not been delivered, even though the SCAN on the tracking showed it had been. I eventually after a lot of hassle found a phone number for Paisley Frieght who host the Bike Delivery website. They were helpful in that they spoke to ANC the courier company who are clearly useless, however Bike Delivery (Paisley Freight) went to great length to explain to me that there was no service guarantee that any delivery would be next day, so being late was not their fault or really a problem, they said the local depot had had some problems and the scan for delivery was a mistake....they promised delivery would be made on the following day. No delivery. The website then showed that our bike was being returned to our home address - not helpful. I spoke again with Paisley Freight who said they would stop this and get the bike delivered by Friday (nearly 2 weeks on from collection). Now in the meantime to Paisely Frieght's credit they have refunded our courier fee. BUT as we stand today, my sons bike still has not been delivered, we are 2 weeks on from collection and a Β£400 bike is lost somewhere in the courier network. What an unmitigated disaster. I will never use this service ever again.
