Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum Β£100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
This is the first time I have used this company and I would totally recommend them.
I looked at this review site before booking and I could see a fair amount of negativity. However I rang them first to check out a few queries for example where my parcel would go to if I missed delivery etc. which was very local.
I spoke to a lady on the phone who was very helpful in answering all my questions.
So I proceeded to book the parcel very easily on their site and then 4 wheels collected and delivered to me safely in under 24 hours.
Tracking was about average for a courier, but also a lot better than some.
The only thing I would say could be done as an improvement, would be that the driver sent you a text to confirm a rough time he was expecting to deliver.
The price for delivering was also very good.
I would have no hesitation is using this company again.

The usual superb service from the company I use for all my wheel sales. Collected within a few hours of booking, and delivered less than 24 hrs later to a very happy customer. The only comment I would make is that no receipt is given for the package, which leaves you feeling a bit vulnerable if they go missing. Thankfully I needn't have worried of course, as they arrived safely as usual.
I used this company around 18 months ago & was not impressed due to missed collection & late delivery. I thought I would try them again to collect & deliver some alloy wheels. The service this time was faultless. I made the booking at 11am, the items were collected same day & delivered to me by 10am the following day. The tracking system works well & the driver called me to say he was on his way. Very impressed this time & will use again.
I'll be honest and say that the previous negative reviews were worrying, but I had nothing to worry about! My pram was picked up (in two, very well packed boxes) on the day, and then arrived safely and in one piece, at the buyers house.
