I used the bike courier website of theirs and paid £54 for next day delivery, I was meant to have my parcel collected today from my work but no one showed up, tried to call them but no answer, I emailed the delivery department and was assured it would be collected today on numerous occasions, I was sending a bike to Ireland and now the recipient will not receive it on the day they were meant to, this will result in them needing to take extra time off work once the bike is actually collected. This is not a good start as I have another parcel which is meant to be collected tomorrow and I'm not exactly filled with confidence.
