Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
Easy to use website, fast reliable collection and delivery service, I have used this company for years now and never once had a problem, 5 stars all the way for me
I used their bicycle courier service.
I expected a van to turn up but someone turns up in a vauxhall zafira.
My bicycle is in the proper bicycle box, 150cm long by 100cm, it's probably 15kg maximum and the courier drags it down a flight of stairs, rather than lifting it. Bouncing down each step.
They then chuck the bike in the back of their people carrier, it's laid flat so probably going to leak hydraulic fluid from the brakes. . .and probably going to have other stuff chucked on top of it.
The bike was worth £600 and it cost me £50 to ship it, you think they would use a more professional service.
I know pay £10 extra and use parcel force, they arrive in a proper van and the driver puts the bicycle upright.
I have had issue after issue with this company from rude drivers to rude call centre staff. I have avoided using this company as customer service is beyond poor. I advise anyone looking to use this company DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 of the many experiences I had was a driver turn up in a vehicle to small to collect my items ring her husband and then be rude to my customer and refused to load the items as they had a bad back once loaded I spoke with my customer we both rang paisly to complain and they just said well it's over now just move on pathetic excuse of a company.
Avoid at all cost
Absolute shocking lost a parcel then blamed me for it, then asked me for a picture of the parcel that they have delivered avoid the feedback says it all

Always a good service I use paisley freight for delivering my wheels used to use UK mail and parcel force but due to the amount of damage I was getting just lost heart with my business as getting to many complaints but after finding and using paisley I have had no issues
I can not fault the service given by Paisley Freight. The price of their service is very competitive and once picked up the order is delivered next day. I very highly recommend them 5 💫
