Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
I booked a parcel of over night never came they took my money and never collected or refunded
I booked a parcel for over night delivery booked on the 27th nov expecting collection to be on the 29th delivered on the 30th a week later im still with out a collection let alone a delivery. I got a snotty message of someone in the office say there isnt any drivers in the area. On friday the 2nd. Ive requested a refund and now ive been ignored they have taking my money and not collect my item. Would attached screen shot of the messages but it does not let you here..
Would highly recommend not using these as they are scammer just out there to take your money they have also turned off there phone lines
Website was clear and easy to use, the parcels were picked up the next day ,the track showed where the parcels were during the process and the recipient
received a text advising of the delivery , good value for money .
I've used this service twice now and had never previously. I've sent a set of 4 car tyres which after carefully following packing instructions went without a hitch ! Emailed in as my tyre size wasn't listed and got a helpful friendly response very swiftly! Used them again this time on an exhaust which wad an awkward size and shape and even with my best packing skills I'd missed a couple of metal edges, no problem for apc who again came without me being present whixh was a noce surpise as i has to be away and thought maybe theyd not take the items without accompaniment of the sender. The service has been fantastic emails to notify of delivery with signatures, these guys completed the collection and delivery promptly and timely. Thank you !! I'll be back 😀
AVOID: no customer service phone line & they charge a re-booking fee even when it’s not your fault
I used Paisely freight to send a car bumper off to a customer.
The driver who came for collection knocked on the door for 10 seconds, the the time my dad was at the door, the driver had walked away.
My father called him but the driver simply looked back and acknowledged my dad and still walked away.
Since then, I’ve tried to contact Paisley but they don’t answer their phones, because of ‘COVID’ measures 3 years later!
I’ve had to pay a rebooking pay and my item still has not been picked up, despite numerous email.
The customer service teams are unprofessional and aggressive with their responses.
When I needed four alloy wheels with tyres delivered, I turned to the company I’ve used before and again they never let me down.
Fantastic service and delivered on time.

All went well, and received the other end in excellent condition, in 24hrs with no problems at all. I realized they are a 'front end' group using other companies to do the actual courier-ing, but I had no problem with a bike transported from one end of the country to the other. Used a bike box from LBS, and masses of pipe lagging bubble wrap etc. ETA would be good as had to be in all day, but that would probably raise the cost.
Awful customer service collected wheels that I bought took them to the depot then took them back to the collection address scratched and in a state then charged me for a failed collection attempt even though they had been collected and stayed at the depot overnight getting thrown around
Phones have been down for 6 months so email only and the stuff couldn't be more useless and all they said was it's my fault and we are charging you
No can we help or let me look into it just pointing the blame anywhere but themselves

I waited in all day last Thursday because Paisley Freight refused, when asked to provide an ETA for their collection. Eventually at the end of the afternoon a man with a van turned up and the frustrating thing is that he had a time window on his electronic gadget that arranged his collections. Surely Paisley Freight must have had that infobut why did they withhold that info from me. They just refused to give an ETA and said that their terms and conditions did not give ETAs.
The transfer went okay but they really should treat their customers better. It costs little or nothing to provide an adequate customer service but can lose a lot of business if customer service is as unhelpful as this.
