I booked a parcel of over night never came they took my money and never collected or refunded
I booked a parcel for over night delivery booked on the 27th nov expecting collection to be on the 29th delivered on the 30th a week later im still with out a collection let alone a delivery. I got a snotty message of someone in the office say there isnt any drivers in the area. On friday the 2nd. Ive requested a refund and now ive been ignored they have taking my money and not collect my item. Would attached screen shot of the messages but it does not let you here.. Would highly recommend not using these as they are scammer just out there to take your money they have also turned off there phone lines
