Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

Paisley Freight is just a shipping agent who are farming out collections / deliveries to the likes of APC etc. They held us to ransom for £9.99 demanding payment for a missed collection which was entirely the drivers fault. On a previous collection he missed us claiming he couldn't finish his round, this time he claimed we were not in & that no one answered his call - utter nonense! On the run up to Christmas we will be shipping at least 10 Bicycles a week however this will not be with Paisley Freight - good riddance!

Don't use them. I waited in two days for a no-show courier to do a collection, who - on each day - Paisley said were definitely coming. I then cancelled and it took twenty emails and a PayPal claim to get a refund out of them.
What a horrible experience, and a waste of £25. Booked and paid for collection of 2x alloy wheels and agreed collection date. On the day, waited in from 8am - 6pm as per their requirements, nobody came, no contact whatsoever. Emailed them, they apologised, no explanation given for the missed collection, and we agreed another date. On the second date, no sign of them by 3pm so I emailed to check they were still coming. Email back - yes, we're coming today... Except they didn't. Emailed again, they again apologised and said there were backlogs. You can't call them as if you phone their number you get a recorded message saying their office is closed. I received a call the day after, guy explained there were 'gremlins in the system' and could we arrange another collection date for the following Monday. So the wheels stay in my hallway for another three days and I look forward to them being collected on Monday. I apologise to the buyer who has been waiting for his wheels for over a week. Monday comes, and at 10.45 I get an automated 'collection missed' email asking me to re-book. "There was no one at the collection address or answer to the phone number provided." Wife and I have been home all morning, up since 6am, we live in a small house and have a labrador who barks her head off at the merest hint of anyone at the door. We're aware they are coming and listening out for any couriers. There have been no knocks at the door or missed calls on my phone. I email them for the 10th time, a response from a nameless individual tells me their driver took a photo of my door and that's that... I am personally convinced they made no attempt to knock at the door, and they certainly didn't try to phone me. After that, I decided this company is incapable of providing the services it mentions on its website and have rebooked with another courier. Will chalk the £25 up to experience and hopefully somebody else doesn't make the same mistake as me!
Terrible service once more trying to send 4x wheels & tyres. The courier refused to take them as they were not shrink wrapped, despite Paisley only giving instructions to tie labels to each wheel which we did carefully. This is the second time we have had a problem and delay with Paisley Freight. They want another £9.99 for a new collection but we have refused to pay it as the fault lies entirely with them.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the fantastic service. 5 x wheels booked for collection on Friday, collected from Oxfordshire on Monday and delivered to me here in Snowdonia before 0930 on Tuesday. Absolutely outstanding service. The delivery driver from DELSOL in Caernarfon even reversed down our narrow 90mt drive and put them virtually outside the front door when most delivery drivers won’t even deliver within 200 Mts of the house. 5* Service. First time I have used this delivery Company. Very easy to use website to obtain a quote which was the most competitive. Extemely quick response and first class service! I would highly recommend Paisley Freight and would most certainly use them again.

Have used these guys several times One time, when it was raining they simply didn't get out the van- but since then they've been great, id say improved over the past year- Will always use them for Bike delivery
