Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
Parcels of alloy wheels picked up on time by polite and efficient courier (APC). Good tracking information from Paisley and both parcels delivered within one working day. Couldn’t ask for a better service
They sent my ebike which was properly packaged to Exeter and then claimed the bike box was to big and to heavy.
But didn't mention the box and bike was damaged beyond repair

HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY DAMAGED MY ALLOY WHEELS AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR DAMAGE. BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND CLAIM ITS DUE TO COVID. I WILL NOW BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE FRAUDS.
Will try and mug you off with a missed collection notification.
Then charge you another £10 for another pickup.
Despite them sending a photo of the house next door (probably why no one was there?)
Now they have ghosted me. So sad when so close to Christmas.

Shocking service! I've used them twice, both times didn't pick up on the day arranged first time I did manage to get a phone number for them was told the van broke down when the driver collected the parcel next day he said that he didn't break down
website saying they have a problem with phones, they have that for 2 years and blaming covid for slow email response there is another number which goes onto voicemail say closed phone back between 9-5 I tried middle of the afternoon both days still saying office is now closed.
Booked them for an 4x Alloy wheel pick up and drop off off the back of an ebay purchase. The wheels were picked up on time but didn't make it onto the delivery van. They were delivered a day later. Wheels where packaged well and turned up with no damage. Driver was a good guy (APC overnight). Would be 5 stars but for the days delay.
