AVOID: no customer service phone line & they charge a re-booking fee even when it’s not your fault
I used Paisely freight to send a car bumper off to a customer. The driver who came for collection knocked on the door for 10 seconds, the the time my dad was at the door, the driver had walked away. My father called him but the driver simply looked back and acknowledged my dad and still walked away. Since then, I’ve tried to contact Paisley but they don’t answer their phones, because of ‘COVID’ measures 3 years later! I’ve had to pay a rebooking pay and my item still has not been picked up, despite numerous email. The customer service teams are unprofessional and aggressive with their responses.
