I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

This is a nightmare. I ordered the OZZI Cool from Facebook. Theres pages and pages of hype to wade through, and then when u actually get to the order page, they hit you with at least 10 add ons that you have to say no to in order to proceed, one after the other. Having done that I discovered after completing the order they charged me for all the add ons any way, adding another 150 dollars to the order. And now I will get a whole bunch of these coolers when I only wanted one. There is no way to contact them. Their phone number is always busy, or doesn't work at all. Now I cannot pay my rent. I might get evicted and I will be homeless. And on top of that reading their return policy, the qualifications for returning make it impossible. You have to return it to China and pay the shipping, and it must be in its original box and unopened. If its been opened you don't get your money back. And with our trade war with China? It is not run like a professional company and rigged to their benefit with no regard for their customers. Their whole web site leaves you feeling like you are being manipulated. In some cases the button to say no to each add on is in tiny print where you don't see it, while at the same time in big bold print is "Continue". When you hit this the you are charged for the add ons and the order is complete. Done. And you can do nothing about it. Their resolution is to give me a 30% refund of what I never wanted or ordered. Does that sound fair to anyone reading this?

The friendly and helpful way in which the whole order was conducted. The whole episode was conducted in a very professional way with the customers outcome of the most importance. I would certainly recommend to others.

Everything went well till I received Mine so happy.charged them out and just got whistling all the time am so very upset once again left without hearing can any body help with a return contact address and possible phone number thank you

The hearing aids I ordered did not meet my needs so I requested return information and this is what I got: "Return items must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or are no longer sealed. To proceed with a return for a refund, please submit a photo of the sealed product to our support team". Additional Note: All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense, including customs fees. How was i supposed to see if the product fit my needs unless I opened the package and tested them? Their return policy is ludicrous and ridiculous! I will never order anything else from this company again!!! P.S. website stating this policy has been deleted! I wonder why? I was also told that any refund would take 15 to 20 days to process. A refund should not take any more then a week.

Company refuses to cancel my order . I called customer service within 7 hours of placing the order and I was told it too late to cancel . The company charges me for an additional unauthorized purchase along with the items that I was purchasing - for a total of 2 separate charges. I would strongly suggest that you not order from this company unless you want the hassle of being scammed.

As a registered blind individual, I rely on specialised audible software to navigate my PC with confidence. My abilities far outweigh any limitations my disability might impose, and I expect companies to treat my inquiries with respect and fairness. Recently, I reached out to OzziHome (an odd name for something supposedly discovered in Yorkshire) with a simple request: could our Blind Club test their Mozzi Zapper? A fair and practical proposition, especially as some companies are known to take advantage of disabled communities rather than supporting them. Unfortunately, the response or lack thereof, spoke volumes. Their reluctance to engage suggests a troubling possibility: do they have zero confidence in their own product? If a company truly believes in what they sell, surely they would welcome honest testing and feedback. So I ask—what does this say about them? If you value companies that genuinely embrace inclusivity and stand behind their products, you may want to look elsewhere. I must apologise as this is the LOWEST rating it is possible to give. Perhaps Trustpilot would allow us to leave a ZERO recommendation. ________________________________________
