I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Beware of this company!

My advice is not to use this Company‼️ I ordered 3 Mozzi killers, yet my £78+ order suddenly became another £106+ when a fictitious order was created with items that I hadn’t even ordered via their aggressive upselling exit offers that I had actually refused. Seriously, beware of this unscrupulous Company! I requested that the orders be cancelled within minutes of seeing what had happened and that the PayPal deductions be repaid immediately‼️

Will not get what you ordered

Ordered 3 OB2 plug in fuel saving devices. $107.89 they refunded 104.90 I told them I didn't request to join there shopping but for a $1.00 leave it . Then another company called PRC Livion Home bills me $89.95 on some kind of upsale scam for the same devices, which I never got any of them.Now I have to file a dispute with my credit unions fraud division and I'm going to also file a complaint with the consumer protection agency here in NC. Do yourself a favor stay away from this company especially there affiliates

Mostly don’t like the fit.

Mostly don’t like the fit. I’m using the smallest size tip and I’m afraid there going to fall out. I have bin wearing hearing aids for mor than 10 years. I spent way too much at the time. Noise cancelation or removing background noise was my goal. But if they don’t fit well I become more self conscious. For this reason I would like to return them. Please explain how. There all together and ready for shipping. Please respond ,respectfully Tony Coppola 215-768-7577 call or text. In this past week I have had a conversation with OzzieHome and a more than satisfactory decision was reached. My opinion of the company’s integrity has greatly improved. Thank you.

Problem solved

I had problem returning hearing aids to Better Hearing which I think is a branch of Premium Health. Ozzie Home sorted the problem out for me in 24hrs and arranged my refund. Many thanks.
