Unreasonable Return Policy
The hearing aids I ordered did not meet my needs so I requested return information and this is what I got: "Return items must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or are no longer sealed. To proceed with a return for a refund, please submit a photo of the sealed product to our support team". Additional Note: All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense, including customs fees. How was i supposed to see if the product fit my needs unless I opened the package and tested them? Their return policy is ludicrous and ridiculous! I will never order anything else from this company again!!! P.S. website stating this policy has been deleted! I wonder why? I was also told that any refund would take 15 to 20 days to process. A refund should not take any more then a week.
