I saw an offer on Facebook for air…
I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

I purchased 3 Ozzi mosquitoe zappers, not so much for my home in Victoria BC but for our stay in a house north of Rosswood Bc at the edge of a swamp. It’s a breeding ground for mosques. I set up one beside our bed and our grand kids took two for their room. Each morning there was a little pile of dead mosquitoes. So, yes these devices work. It’s now an old and proven technology used by a variety of manufacturers. These are a nice shape, not too big. Easy to work with.

Awesome ozzimozzi pest traps
My ozzimozzi pest trap patches have exceeded all expectations- not only have they caught the pesky clothes eating moths but they’ve help me to keep control of the annual flea cycle ( poor cat ) and have proved excellent at attracting all sorts of unwanted insects. PLUS no horrid smells to have to put up with! In fact no smell at all since humans can’t smell the pheromones used. But watch out the traps are SO sticky that accidental standing on one took some time to get untangled! I’ve been telling all my friends to get some - I bought one of the multiple bundles so good value as well as having plenty to spare to share with my friends. Awesome job Ozzie Home - I’ve saved the site as a favourite for next year to stock up again. Top product and a definite reprieve for my jumpers which will live another year without holes!

Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company, the prices are in US Dollars not AU Dollars. We have a cancelled order and have been waiting for 6 weeks to see a refund. Keep getting identical long winded apologies that look like they could be AI generated - but no goods or refund.

This is just another scam
This is just another scam, their website shows 100% refund but I wish to return mine and they are only offering to give me 30%. Only killed two mosquitoes while we were using it but they were swarming our heads, stay away from this company. Another sucked in customer. As of Aug 23 - They have now offered me a 50 % refund saying that those that return their product get damaged in transit so don't qualify for a refund, funny how they can ship it to a customer but the customer returns it in the same packaging and is damaged most times. I believe this is just another part of the scam, Amazon's returns just go to a bulk return warehouse and your money is refunded. Update as of Aug 26th 4 days and no reply from them even though they said they would send me an email as per their reply below, terrible customer service. Russ

When I placed an item in my shopping…
When I placed an item in my shopping cart the company kept trying to upsell and wouldn’t direct me to order summary. I saw that they had 3 packages with free shipping for the item I ordered. So I ordered that one and I assumed by the wording it was a transaction upgrade. I couldn’t see my order without providing payment information. Before I could delete the first item Ozzi Home combined the two items and then added shipping. They misrepresented the upsell. I immediately tried to email them without any reply. After 5 attempts to email them asking them to remove the one item they replied the next day saying that they shipped the total order. Oh they said they can refund me but I have to pay international shipping for the return item which would be as much as the item. I tried to dispute the charge on my card but as long as they ship me the item I ordered they get away with charging me for something I didn’t want. I recommend you avoid dealing with the company Ozzi Home .

The product sold on their website (MozzGuard) looks nothing like it is advertised, and is completely ineffective. The product I received was in an anonymous package with no mention of OzziHome, they are reselling cheap Chinese products and claiming them as their invention. A complete ripoff.

Great products from Ozzi Home
Great products from Ozzi Home. I have purchased the Moth Enclosed Trap and the Rodent Repellent Pouches and we are very happy with them. The traps arrived quickly but the pouches took longer which is not uncommon for international orders to Australia. Love love love the pouches, small hessian bags with pleasant smelling contents to rid homes of pesky rodents.

I ordered 3 of them first several months ago. Since then I have ordered 6 more (3- I have left packaged for later use). I love that they are rechargeable! When I am outside, I set them out beyond the perimeter of where I will be and they take care of the mosquitos and other little annoying pests! Pretty easy to clean too.

A reformed skeptic
I was a little skeptical about using the rat deterrent bags but in my outdoor laundry the rats were eating the soap and pooping on the towels and I put the the rat deterrent in there and bingo NO RATS!!! Not only that it seems to be keeping the bugs and spiders out. The laundry has never stayed so clean.
