I saw an offer on Facebook for air…
I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Purchase a product from you X2 payments were deducted from my account both of which were elevated from buying price. Have made written contact with no satisfaction on my behave as to why and what went wrong or am I going to receive any item since I have no receipt of purchase just missing funds. Rodent away pouches
I am very happy with my pouches. This is my second order. The 1st order was used mainly in my kitchen. Rodents had taken up residence in my cupboards and drawers. I am no longer finding rodent poop in my cupboards. I reordered to put pouches around the rest of my house.

I believe this was a scam - my experience is similar to others below - lots of items added that I did not order and billed in USD. No response to emails- I will be very surprised to receive anything ordered. AVOID!!!

purchased it, haven't received them, but MOST sites that show their "reviews" actually let you click in and VIEW the reviews. These people don't. There's a counter letting you know you have to hurry and get the purchase done within a few minutes, BUT you have to leave the site to find a place that actually lets you view reviews. THEN once you've thought you've purchased, oh no, you're not free yet, it's breathless, hurry, hurry, hurry we've got this deal for you, then another and another and another, are you sure, you don't want to save money and you want to pay full price later (I HATE those types of mind games) and on and on. THEN finally it lets you go and you can get out of it. Hope I finally got it in soon enough to get the original deal I was trying to get done. These things had better work!!! OH--AND they don't email a receipt right away either, if I ever get one, just some letter from someone there, wanting you to "keep in touch",so you'd better screenshot it!

I was skeptical at first but willing to try anything. Once arrived I cleaned out 2 drawers that were problem areas. once clean I placed the bags in and left them. it has been a month and still no evidence of mice. I'm convinced and have already purchased more.

These bug killers really work well
These bug killers really work well. I have four of them and all have eliminated a variety of flying insects from my home. I hear the crack when an insect touch’s the electrified wires. I have one on my deck and the moths and flying pests fill the product to the maximum space. It is a little hard to clean off the wires when the moths are bigger but the little bugs drop out with a good shake.

Bought 2 Mozz Guards and changed my life during the summer months. I usually get bitten so badly I need permanent antihistamines, cream and often antibiotics when the bites get infected. Using these 2 machines in our accommodation and taking one to restaurants has made such a difference and I sleep soundly at night knowing I won’t get bitten whilst I am sleeping and not having to cover up all the time in the heat

the rodent-away pouches are lovely
the rodent-away pouches are lovely. The rodent of the issue - a pesky squirrel - has "left the building". This little rascal had eluded all other forms of deterrent that I could find but to no avail. The pouches are easy to use and best of all environmentally friendly. I am so pleased with the results.
