I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

The rodent repellent -a mixed bag…

The rodent repellent was in impressive packaging and smelt really very nice . Quite happy to have it in the house. I have not had any little mice visitors in the house this winter but where they ( and the rats) have access to the laundry, ‘they’ have been walking right past the bags of herbs and spices to gnaw on the bar of soap!!! Cheeky blighters. I bought a lot at the time too so even though these opened ones were fairly fresh, I wonder how long the repellent effect is supposed to last?

Rodent Repellant

I ordered the rodent repellant as the island my Mum lives on has a rat problem. I finally got to deliver them last weekend. So far no rats! Plus the smell of the product is not over whelming to humans with scent allergies. So far I’m very impressed and grateful as she spent a ridiculous amount getting pest control to come to the little island. The product was well packaged, all there and fairly quick to arrive. If this continues to work I shall be purchasing more without hesitation!

I was a bit surprised by the packaging…

I was a bit surprised by the packaging as they arrived a bit disheveled,however they were bubble wrapped, I charged them and to my surprise they actually worked, and they do just as I was expecting, bloody awesome. Great product.

Great product

I ordered 4 of them. I love that they are rechargeable! When I am outside, I set them out beyond the perimeter of where I will be and they take care of the mosquitos! Fairly easy to clean.

Great customer service

I ordered two of the units and one of them didn't charge when plugged in. I notified the company and they sent another one no questions asked and no request to return the faulty one. Mosquitos love me and these units have proven to be more attractive to the little beasts than my flesh. Happy to recommend to anyone.

Don't waste your time on this cheap and ineffective product

Ozzi Home is claiming that this is a false review so I feel it's important for me to edit my review to detail the steps that Ozzi Home forced me to go through to secure a refund so that others know what to expect when dealing with Ozzi Home. 7/14 - I order 4 MozzGuards on ozzihome.com. My order number is 20727. FWIW I see that ozzihome.com is now defunct and their new website is shopozzihome.com. They also appear to go by trymozzguard.com, and some others. Their website claims satisfaction guaranteed or my money back within 60 days. Nowhere in their money back guaranteed statement does it say that the products may not be used in any way (how else would you test it?), which is only revealed in the process of trying to secure a refund. I have screenshotted the specific statement on their site in case I need it later. 7/25 - I send a response to my order confirmation requesting a refund. 7/26 - Glee responds detailing steps to ensure the product works. 7/30 - I give those a try and then respond to Glee asking them to get me started with the return process. 8/1 - Glee responds asking if I'll accept a 30% refund. I reply same day saying no. I follow up twice, on 8/2 and 8/3, asking for an update. 8/4 - I receive a reply from Glee asking if I'll accept a 50% refund, and to incentivize me to accept, they warn that if I decide to return the products, the warehouse may not accept them if they get damaged in transit. I respond same day asking Glee to get me started with my refund. Glee responds with instructions to return the products, but importantly, does not provide an RMA form. I respond asking "How do you account for the damage to the boxes that happened in original shipping to me?" 8/6 - Glee responds asking for photos of the damage. I respond saying I'm traveling and will send a photo as soon as I return. Glee says he'll be on the lookout. 8/8 - I send the photo evidence. 8/9 - I follow up with "I’m ready to file a credit card dispute if you cannot respond to me in a more timely manner. It’s been 2 weeks since I first asked for a return." 8/10 - I receive a reply from Glee stating "Regarding the damage to the boxes, I'm glad to inform you that we've reported this issue to our team for further investigation. In order to proceed with your return, kindly send back the items to the address provided. To streamline the return process, I have attached the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to this email." Mind you, they have only now attached the RMA, and I read on their website that they do not accept returns without it. If I had returned the products earlier, they would have been rejected for not including an RMA form, which Glee never provided me until now. At this point I am so fed up with the back and forth that I write this review. Also, I want assurance that if I pay $20 to ship the products back, my return will be accepted. I write back to Glee: "Since your return language specifically states that the items cannot be damaged in any way, I want to make sure that if I pay for shipping to return the boxes I will actually receive a full refund as the damage was your fault to begin with for not packaging the items in a box. Can you confirm that?" I also write to Vina, who responded to my Trustpilot review. That email apparently gets forwarded to Glee, so I'm stuck in the same place. So ready to be done, I ship the package out and send Glee my USPS tracking number. 8/14 - I receive a response from Glee stating they don't know when I'll get a refund because "we process returns in batches, which means that we wait for other returns before initiating the process." I respond back with "How often do you process returns in batches? Once a week?" 8/21 - I get an email from Glee saying "Thank you for reaching out. I wanted to confirm that your returned order was tracked as delivered on August 14, 2023. I'm pleased to inform you that our team has already initiated the quality-checking process for the returned items." I get a follow up email saying "We have good news to share! Your refund for order 20727 has been processed by our accounting team. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution." I finally receive my full refund, and have now sunk a month into this process.

Items never arrived, refund nowhere to be seen

Here's the timeline of my frustrating experience with this company: June 17 - Placed order June 24 - Order shipped July 6 - Evri reported that they could not deliver for an unspecified reason, no redelivery was ever attempted or scheduled July 16 - I contacted Ozzi and Evri to find out where my order went as I had received emails asking me to review my purchase. July 20 - Received confirmation from Evri that the parcel had gone missing in their care, and that I had to contact the seller for a refund July 20 - Requested refund from OzziHome, was pressed to take a replacement instead but insisted on a refund. July 25 - Received email acknowledging the refund request, was advised it would take 7-10 business days to process August 3 - Sent email to chase up as no refund has been received, got an apology for the delay (no reason given, only "unforeseen circumstances"), reassurance that refund is being processed August 8 - Sent another email to chase, requesting timeline for refund as nothing has yet arrived. There has been no reply to my email asking for an update and clear timeline yet. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about purchasing from this company to avoid them. UPDATE: 13 August - they replied to my email to tell me my refund was in the "final stages of processing" and that it would be with me in the "next few business days". 17 August - I emailed them again to tell them that it is not in my account and I require a clear timeline. I am prepared to take this to the industry regulators at this point as they are fully in breach of both UK & US trading regulations as well as their own returns and refund policy. It's now 18th August, I have had no reply and no refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

UPDATE: although ozzi home scammed me, they only offered me a partial refund and NEVER gave it to me !!! Worst customer service !!! SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER !! I ordered the face stamp and serum from what I thought was a legit skin care company but it was sent from ozzi home which was not disclosed on the website at all. The product I purchased and what I received is not the same at all. The packaging is very sketchy. No label no brand no ingredients shown. When I asked for a description of the product and ingredients they would not give it to me even though I asked several times. I also asked for a link to see the product online and when I clicked the link they sent me, it took me to a site that said “page not found.” SCAM, do no buy from them !!!!
