I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

1. The order went through in US - there’s nothing Aussie about this company 2. They added an extra product for US$59! 3. I contacted them about this and they said it was too late to change the order and refund as the order was already processed 3. Customer service is UNETHICAL AND USELESS - the final insult being an offer to return my goods at my own expense once the package arrives DO NOT USE OZZIHOMES - BEWARE

I didn’t see reviews on here until after ordered BUT my problem is the money had come out of my bank and I’ve received nothing. Not a email confirmation of order or anything at all this wax over a week ago. I messaged them but they want order number but I’ve not received it so far nothing I will write again if I hear from them. So annoying can’t believe how bad this is. Not to even send anything If I don’t hear soon I think I’ll report too as I see others have said they going to report Update 22nd October Still not had any success I’ve emailed few times getting a lot of automated emails saying it’s out of office time but the emails I send are different times of day I’ve not recovered a order number of anything But they money had come out of my bank If I don’t revive goods soon I will report them as the money was taken straight away So I’d advise NOT to order 25/10/23 I have revived 2 emails from them now and they have said they would make sure to put my order as urgent and I should receive it in next 24 hours To be fair they sent a very nice email x2 So hopefully all will turn out well They did say in email they would knock 40% off my next order but to be honest after all this I won’t order from them again I will keep you updated on if order is received in next couple days

I ordered the mouse and rat repellent bags. I have not received them and have been given the run around by this horrible company. Their US customer service number is inactive and goes directly to a blank voicemail. I am considering pressing fraud charges as they have not dealt with my situation at all. I'm not sure if this company even actually exists While I appreciate the response I’m still waiting on a refund. This is not a small amount of money. Please process the refund immediately!! THIS COMPANY IS STILL NOT ISSUING A REFUND FOR PRODUCT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED DUE TO A POOR CHOICE IN SHIPPERS THEY USED!!!! PLEASE ISSUE MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

This product does not work. I have asked for a refund every day since I received them, 2 weeks ago. The reply emails are insulting. Offering a discount and offering to send me to their product page. Stay away.

1. The order went though in USD - there’s nothing Aussie about this company 2. Glitch at check out meant that part of the order was doubled up. Contacted them within 10 secs of placing order but they refused to change it. Said I had to return the product (overseas postage would be prohibitive) 3. Customer service is useless - the final insult being an offer of a credit if I bought MORE from their store.

I was dubious at first, thought I was going to be ripped off again. Delivery took a really long time. I finally received my order, weeks later. I put out 2 repellent sachets and so far, so good, no more mice. edit: The following night rats ate through 2 plastic water bottles, the repellant sachet was no more than 2 feet away. I would say that's a fail.

I ordered a bottle of the flea and tick concentrate on the 7th October, and throughout this order the site kept hassling me to order so stupid me added another bottle for approx $29 @#@# then I look at my account and over $120 has been taken out of my account in two transactions, the first in $48.88 for the first bottle then $81,36 for the next bottle, I have sent numerous messages via their support email, no answer to cancel these orders, I have not had an email stating the order number to quote, no phone number to call either, this is suppose to be an Australian company as per their add on Facebook, ozzi is Australian isn't it??? Not happy with my experience!!! I will be sending product straight back if they send it out 😡 Update They emailed me on the 11th of October saying they received my order, had not taken any notice of my emails to cancel the order??? After ozzihome's reply continually ii ask to cancel my order they emailed me to say the order has gone out for delivery, I received an email stating that the order was being processed just after this email - not out for delivery, apparently they split the order? I asked to cancel the second one another email from them not addressing that I wanted to cancel, they were giving me $25 for my next order!#@!! Then today 18th October the second part of the order is going out for delivery, what is wrong with this company, fancy words that do not address the customers concerns, just a sham, ripping people of !! Will never be buying of you again, no contact number no customer service, very poor business ethics and frustrating for the customer

Still awaiting a refund from this shonky company. Have stopped replying to emails. The 51% 5 star rating I would say is also a scam and most likely being put up by the company themselves. How can this company have a 51% 5 star rating and a 36% 1 star rating. If their customer satisfaction and return procedures were sound or were not it would be either one or the other. I suspect that everytime they get a 1 star review they put up a shonky 5 star one to counteract the bad review. These guys are the masters of shady conduct. If you read their replies to all reviews they are all very very similar and probably generated by an AI program. I have asked them to call me but yet to receive their call. This has been ongoing since the 20th of September 2023. Recap: charged me for items I did not order and also charged for two lots of freight. Their response to refunds are dribble.
