I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

The moth traps are effective

The traps are effective. I put all my dry goods and bird seeds in bug proof containers, so that they are not contaminated, or if they have been purchased that way, isolation is in effect. I also store some cereals and nuts in the fridge. I still could not get rid of the moths, until I put our your traps. I noticed an increase in numbers after I ran out, so I have recently received my second order. I also put them in my plant room to catch thrips and gnats.

Working great for me in Canada

I tried the mouse sachets in my century home this fall. I have placed them in spots I regularly find evidence mice have been there. In the first week 50% reduction, which just got better after a few weeks. Down to no evidence of mice, don’t hear them in the ceiling anymore either after cramming a sachet with tongs up into a vent hole. This was a successful alternative to traps, which I was afraid would catch the dog and hurt him. Since September I have caught two mice in traps in the kitchen counter, and since then nothing compared to quite a few continually all winter season. It’s great to not listen to them at night running around and chewing in the ceilings and walls. Worked in the basement too.

Beware, Dispute, take actions

Hi, I have the same situation like other people here. Was a glich and I git a double order. They offer the discount which wasn't applied. But haven't processed with a refund despite not having the complete order on any of those 2 orders. And still haven't received the order. I dispute it with PayPal and those close the case in their favor. Instead of trying to deal with this issue.. So they can't cancel an order they haven't send. Its how useless they system is and how pathetic, trying to force orders with all means, not betterfocus in inprove the products to work and improve customer service. I advise anyone to start deal with those online companies. Put a dispute through your credit card provider. Local authorities as yes they mislead and use fake advertisements. Guarantee money back if yiu are not satisfied but innterm and conditions its stated that only if you don't open the product. In order to try you have to open at least one bottle. So you try, if you aren't satisfied with the results. You can't be satisfied without trying Didn't expect such things, I thought they are a genuine company, selling natural alternatives, but looks like they aren't unfortunately. So I wouldn't recommend it. I will try tye products and update if works, but from those reviews and my experience with this company so far.... I now have serious doubts

Beware of satisfaction guarantee scam.

Beware of satisfaction guarantee scam. I purchased the mozz guard from ozzi home back at the end of September, and tried to return on October 3rd since the product is not effective at all. I paid almost $80 for the items and they tried to offer me 30% refund on October 9th. Then after saying no, I want to return the items, they offered me 50% refund on the 10th. I want to return the items, they are asking me to keep their junk and only provide half back. Their policy states: "Results Or Refund Money-Back Guarantee We understand that buying items online can be nerve-wracking, which is why we want you to feel confident and stress-free about your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with any of our products, we'll make it right. Simply contact our Customer Support Team at [email redacted] for a 100% refund. One of our dedicated agents will handle your return — no questions asked." I have been going back and forth with them. Today is November 13th. It has been over a month and this is still not resolved. Do not fall for their scam. Edit: The vendor responded, just want everyone reading this to see what the response was. Essentially "We're closing your ticket": "We’re sorry our product has failed your expectations. We strive very hard to make our products the best that they can be, but we understand results may vary from one customer to another. We truly appreciate your feedback. I wanted to inform you that we have received notification from your payment provider regarding the dispute you filed for the charge. Your payment provider has initiated an investigation into the matter, and we are actively cooperating with their process. As a result, we consider the dispute to be in progress, and we anticipate a resolution through your payment provider’s procedures. Given this, we will be closing the internal ticket associated with your dispute on our end. Rest assured that we will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you updated on any developments as we receive information from PayPal. Complete scam

Complete scam; pretend to be an Australiuan company using Australians in their video, then I discover that they claim to be a US company, but ship their products from China. My parcel has been in transit for over 5 weeks, I have requested a refund, and now they have stopped communicating. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am reporting to Consumer Affairs and the International Consumer bodies. I am a pensioner and purchased this for my cat whom is very sick, and they couldn't care less. Terrible company terrible service. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED NOW!!!!!!

Shipping issues were the first problem, it was eventually resolved and product was resent after many frustrating emails. Product does not work literally rats walked right over and around it lol. Useless save your money.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam! The ad etc is written like this is an Australian company. Then you get charged in US$ which makes it really expensive and get shipping notification from China. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received anything. When I email to ask about my order I get a standardised response saying I’ve contacted them out of hours. And no other response. I’ll be getting PayPal to refund my money. Do not use them!!!
