I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Didn't receive order but charged
I never received my order. The tracking said it was undeliverable. They charged me on December 1. Its 12/30/23. I wrote to them on 12/18/23 and I still haven't heard a word.

I’ve ordered the Bed Bug spray several times on Facebook Adverisment, although the product does take time, it did eventually showed up (in Canada) on December 20th, 2023 I couldn’t get through on the Facebook Page as the checkout was not accepting my order. so I went to Google and the website looked identical (but didn’t ask for an E/-mail address-Just my phone number? I entered all my essential information and payment. I got a text back right away, verifying my order. What I didn’t notice it was from a (613) area code. Couple days later, I tried checking the link I was sent to my phone and it read “Server could not be found”. Then I tried the previous contact E-mail and same thing? Like they vanished off the Earth. I am disputing the translation on my credit card $158.00 CAD. Buyers beware, it seemed to be a reputable company, but obviously some entities is scamming the legit companies. Tried contacting the office in Wyoming U.S.A. Via phone but get a voicemail? Guess I got ripped off as I don’t see Ozzie Home on Facebook anymore either. Shady business! It was excellent when I did get this product, as it really does work on the Bed Bug situation-Please help me out, a valued repeat customer.

Be VERY Careful at checkout Read with extreme caution
They scam you with all these offers at the checkout, when I just want to order one thing. I accidentally accepted one and got charged twice of what I originally wanted to pay. Super annoying to order from. For the price we pay for you products you should just be honest with your customers. And stop with the bs offers. Also it says reoccurring payment on my banking app. Going to block this before I get more money taken from me. Hopefully this product gets here quickly and works well. Sincerely, Annoyed 😠

Nothing but crooks
I ordered the rodent away two months ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. They shipped my order out in two pkgs. One arrived and one did not. They refuse to credit me for the pkg that did not arrive. I also informed them that the pouches DID NOT help to get rid of the rats in my garage and that I was NOT satisfied with the product. I have sent them email upon email but they refuse to answer me.

I have ordered the Mozquito Zapper and others
I have ordered the Mozquito Zapper, the Solar sun powered mosquito zapper for camping and the 2 of the UV Insect trap bug protector. NONE of them I am here to say work. I have had my bug protector out and plugged in for 2 weeks with one bug caught. As for the Mosquito Zapper - mosquitos just fly around it without being zapped. Hopeless products. Very disappointing and yes they are NOT in Australia. Don't be fooled.

Be very carful when ordering
I tried to order 2 bottles(get 1 free) of flea spray. They kept prompting to order more at discounted rates. I kept declining .I also did not want the express delivery of $10.00 They added more bottle at $69.993 & $9.95 for express delivery. I tried to contact them immediately by email, since there is no phone#. They responded that it is outside of business hours, even though it should not be if they are in Wyoming. I tried again another response was they are short staffed and would get back to me in a few days. By then will will have shipped the order that is twice the price of what I originaly ordered

Bed bugs infestation…
We have a terrible bed bugs infestation. I ordered the spray for them. At first I wasn't seeing much results unless I could find the bugs and spray directly on them. But we persevered and turned everything in the house inside out and upside down and sprayed very heavily. Let it dry and vacuumed everything. We must have killed well over 1000 bugs. Things are looking up now that we've figured out how to use the product correctly. Just ordered some more spray and are hoping to eventually totally eradicate them. it is a long tedious process and well have to keep at it for months to come since they can stay dormant for a year without eating. The customer service people have been great with my many questions. I'm very happy to be finally seeing some great results. Greatly looking forward to not seeing any more bugs. We gave a cat so cant use chemicals, That's why we chose this product.

The product does not work
The product does not work - We went as high as having 4 together and the mice Still came in. And yes - we took it out of the plastic wrapper Save your money and move on to the nice thing Update - now they are saying that they will remove this review if I do not send the order number in - this is done. So will be interesting if the remove it still. PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK... DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
