I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

I empathize with other buyers with…

I empathize with other buyers with regards to this Ozzie Heat and I agree with all the negative reviews. I ordered the x3 Ozzie heat pack snd I received only one though I paid for 3. I sent x3 emails to their customer support but received no response to this writing, and that’s over a week ago. This company has no conscience and heart whatsoever for deceiving an elderly person like me. The payment has already been paid in full by PayPal and they can’t refund me. Am still paying PayPal to date for this scammed item. WARNING TO OTHERS WHO ARE THINKING OF BUYING THIS ITEM…..DONT! Less you’ll be duped like me.

Why it there no negative rating numbers…

Why it there no negative rating numbers !!!!!!!!!! They suck!!! I ordered one set or bug zappers and each page asks to complete order. I would say Yes, but they added items each time. I called my bank immediately and said to stop the purchases and block any further. So mad at myself you even watching the bs video and falling for it !!!! Be careful!!!!

OZZI HEATER

OZZI HEATER I thought I had purchased 2 4 turned up. I was charged a lot more than I was expecting. Got them. They are terrible. Cheap, nasty Chinese crap. Marketed as an Australian company. I have emailed them. I am waiting for a response. BTW. They have enough banned in Australia. I was desperately trying to get a decent, affordable heater. I am a silly disabled pensioner. AVOID OZZI HEAT. I have updated my review as the customer service is excellent. JOY was wonderful, efficient, supportive and very helpful. They refunded all my money. Thank you Joy.

This company is a scam!!

This company is a scam!!! Like many others, I thought I would give it a go and wanted to get 3 heaters. $180. The ordering process raised alarm bells so I backed out of the transaction. I checked my account 2 minutes later and over $750 had been taken in 3 separate transactions. Can't get an email, phone number or even legitimate website now to dispute this. I actually don't know how I'm going to get through the next fortnight as it has literally taken all my money

Purchased 2 Heaters from OzziHeat. After responding to an add on instagram. I have had no correspondence at all. I’ve emailed them got nothing back. I’ve reported the transaction to my bank in the hope of getting my money back. Basically it’s a scam. Buyer be aware.

This heater did not work

This heater did not work. Simple as that. I have sent 4 emails asking how to return it. Ozzie heat said I should keep it and they would give me 30% refund. It doesn't work 😔

Nightmare expereince Ozzi Heat ad...

Nightmare expereince. I responded to an instagram ad and thought lets give it a go and tried purchase 3 ozzi heat offer... the process of purchase was annotlyying... i said No Thanks to the numerous offers and yet I was charged for all the offers. No method to cancel the order. I emailed them immediately and have been trying to cancel order and get refund. Have raised a disputed transaction as the card is charged am amount not authorised. The money was taken from bank instantly. BEWARE! AVOID!

Very confusing ordering process

I just ordered the ozzi heat heater and when it went through at the end instead of paying $79 for the heater I was also charged for expedited delivery, warranty extension And a remote which I did not tick that I wanted. I assume in the pages and frustration pages of more offers before you can finally hit complete order there is somewhere I should have clicked no no and no. I have now emailed their support and the ozzi home shop to either amend or Cancel my ad. I cannot afford the $132 I have been charged and being a pensioner I was sucked in by thinking I could save on electricity bill. I find it distressing that in our current economic strains this company is doing everything they can to squeeze more dollars out of people by confusing the order process. I sincerely hope I will get a response to my emails and a refund but on reading some reviews (which I should have done first) I am quite worried that I have lost my money.

Scammers

Ozzie Heat does not work. Ordered 5 with warranty. Cost heaps and didn’t even heat a toilet space. My order number is #207216 and I contacted them twice regarding my 90 day refund. I received an email that was a joke: “Hi Kylie, On behalf of my colleague Percival. I'm very sorry to hear that the Ozzi Heat didn't work for you. After reviewing your email, I discussed your concerns with my team lead and decided to make a special exception. I convinced them to offer you a 30% refund on your order to ensure you can still enjoy our product without the hassle of returning unopened items. This way, you can benefit from our product while avoiding any inconvenience and costs associated with returns. I hope this gesture, made possible through the joint efforts of our team, helps in addressing your concerns and rebuilding your trust in us. If this offer interests you, please let me know, and we can proceed with partially refunding your order.” What a ridiculous company! Nothing but a full refund should even be considered! Don’t trust them!

They are scammers. Avoid at all costs

Further to my email below, I wanted to update this and advise that I have received a full refund. Thank you Joy for turning this around and honouring the companies reputation, it is appreciated. They are scammers. Charged me for items I never ordered. Requested a refund the next day and they said item was already shipped and they couldn't change it. Have checked and it has never been shipped. They keep apologising and offering a credit to spend more. I am not interested of course. Has been almost a month. Very disappointing. Do not use and save your money.
