I saw an offer on Facebook for air…

I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star

Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

This company is INFURIATING

This company is INFURIATING. I have unsubscribed more than 20 times over the last year, but still they keep emailing me (3 times this week alone). I have emailed asking them to stop, also messaged them on Facebook.....al to no avail. They refuse to take notice of my request. Worst customer service.

I order one heater

I order one heater. Navigating through the ordering page was quite confusing and I ended up with 4 ... which I didn't want. I contacted Ozzie mozzie directly and they refunded my miss order. Thanking Joy for her very good customer service. Haven't used the heater yet . I think it will come in handy for warming up the bathroom when bathing the grandkids in the cold nights.

Ozzi heat is useless

Ozzi heat is useless, it says it operates silently which it does not and the heating is a joke - says it heats a room in 2 minutes, rubbish, it’s like turning a blow dryer on and expecting it to heat the room up in 2 mins! Got sucked in also with the US$ - I’m in Australia and I doubt I can get my money back seeing other comments :(

I need to be completely honest and transparent in writing this review. I bought their heaters for my parents and later found that they placed additional charges on my card that I did not authorise. They did this as an automatic check-in - rather than choosing to buy; ie. Warranty, expediated shipping and remote. I attempted numerous times to contact without avail, until I wrote a review here. Immediately I got a response from Joy - and from here, the experience got remarkably better. Joy - the customer service person could not be more helpful, and she explained that they are in the process of addressing the issues and concerns and immediately refunded the additional extra's. Unfortunately, the experience was tainted, and I requested a full refund, and Joy acknowledged and refunded the goods. The customer service I was provided was helpful. ----------------------------------------------- I bought the Heating system for my parents, Firstly they automatically added extra's instead of subscribing for them. Examples: romote control, expediated shipping and extended warranty- adding up to $100. This was automatically added, I did not request them, this is a very shady, unethical practice. Then, when you look into their refund - it states it has to be within an hour, but I didn't recieve my email outlining it within the hour. I did email requesting the refund as I did not consciously request it, NOR does it make it obvious that you have ordered it. Despite numerous attempts to contact, I haven't heard anything. This behaviour of adding additional things is such a RIPOFF. 2nd. They DO NOT answer or respond to any questions, namely above. I have checked their ABN, and I called the business - of course NO answer. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Cancelled order day after my daughter told me it was in US funds and have not received a refund or the goods.I am a senior on a fixed income and I feel I’ve been scammed. I keep getting the same generic response that they’re working on it. It’s been a month have not received money back. DO NOT DEAL with this company.
