I saw an offer on Facebook for air…
I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens

Lucky to get one star
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY. The plug in heater I purchased is useless, it wouldn’t warm up a dog kennel. Update: Joy honoured her word & gave me a full refund via PayPal. I’m not sure if it would’ve been the same experience if I’d paid with a credit card. Unfortunately I’m still of the same opinion about the product, it’s junk that won't heat a small bedroom.

The website makes you enter your card information before you select your items. I was trying to purchase ONE bug spray, and they ended up charging me over $700 (WHAT?!?!) after I declined to purchase their recommended products! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!! My credit card company immediately called me with a fraud alert. Do not trust this company. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. It was within less than a hour that I was getting unapproved purchases from other websites. I had to cancel my card. Even if they give you a refund, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Your information has been stolen if you have purchased from this website.

BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I accidentally ordered the Ozzie Mozzie portable heaters (accidentally hit the order button through PayPal). I emailed Ozzie Mozzie immediately and advise them I had mistakenly ordered their product and asked them to cancel the order. Heard nothing back and followed up a week later to advise them that I was disappointed with their lack of customer service and was lodging a dispute with PayPal. They responded immediately, apologised and assured me they would be able to organise a refund but that the product had already been dispatched and to come back to them once it arrived. Upon contacting them after the product arrived they tried multiple times to get me to take the product with a refund of up to 50% then went radio silent when I refused. I lodged a dispute through PayPal, received a full refund and got to keep the product. The product is extremely dodgy just like the company. Do not buy!

Unprofessional, unethical, dishonest company
I thought I was ordering one heater from a difficult website. I was charged for 4 and told I could not cancel after less than 24 hours as the item was on its way. Later learned heater banned in UK and Qld, as dangerous so attempted to cancel all 3 time. Then the products arrived with no return address. Requests for that ignored. Later scammed for a product I didn't order.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience! My mother bought 3 and ended up having 5 delivered and bring charged for them plus a yearly extended warranty?! Very expensive for cheaply made unsafe heaters. The heaters are faulty and fall out of the socket all the time, and now I read they are banned in the UK for being unsafe? We have tried to return them but they are not responding to emails. Avoid at all costs! EDIT: I haven't received any message from trust pilot. EDIT 2: still no response from the seller here. They reported this post for being offensively derogatory but it passed review by TrustPilot (thankyou!) Please don't buy this product. The answers they provide here are obviously just delay tactics. EDIT 3: Ozzi Home have offered a 50% refund with no return of items or a 100% refund with returns. We opted for the 50% to avoid the hassle of returning 6(!) heaters. I'm upgrading to 2 stars due to this. I recommend buying from this company with caution.

Faulty heater
Faulty heater. I bought 1 Ozzi heater and it took 10 days to arrive. My second week of usage and there it a very loud noise when I turn it on. It's like the fan is going to fly off. It is not a quiet heater as claimed. It's about as noisy as my heat pump. But this very loud noise that it now makes on turn it on is a concern. After the second or third time turning it on and off, it will run without that loud starting noise. I feel that I have a faulty heater. Hi Joy My Invoice number is 02406NZYJ8YNM I purchased the Ozzi heater on June 12th. I could not find an order number on my receipt. I email the supplier's Invoice and they requested videos of the noise. I sent 2 emails, one contains 2 videos and the other email had 1 video of the loud noise. I was to hear back within 24h. There has been no follow-up. I used my name Dennie Blair to place my order on the New Zealand site called Heatly. They sent the invoice with that long number and letters. Dated 22 June. I wanted one heater
I wanted one heater, the ordering process ended being 4 with extended warranty and other useless nothingness. I have returned the heaters to the address on the package and they say it's the wrong return address. Trying now to get a refund. This operation is a scam.
