Laura was so helpful and patient. I haven't been too impressed with the service in the last few days. Simple emails not followed up etc. But Laura was extremely helpful and patient as i had to transfer money into a credit card which took quite a while to complete. OVO is lucky to have her.

It’s always appreciated to be able to reach a person, not a bot. Sundus Tahir, answered, was polite and well spoken with a sense of humour. She listened to my request for a refund but due to circumstances a refund was not possible. I pointed out the size of the credit on my account and that there were still two government rebates due. Sundus listened, rather than be closed minded, and a part credit was arranged. Thank you, I remain a happy customer.

I've only been with Ovo for a few months now, but I have found their instant chat help function to be overwhelmingly good. From signing up, to checking incentives, to asking about plan changes - the instant chat team have been great. I just now spoke with Oliver on the chat function, and he was prompt, professional, and addressed many of my queries even before I had to ask about them! Very very pleased with Oliver's service and would recommend Ovo purely for customer satisfaction!
