I had multiple issues needing to be addressed and Caleb handled it with ease and professionalism. I am so grateful that he was able to do so and resolved my many queries within half hour. It was the best phone call I have ever had with anyone at Origin Energy. The call left me feeling uplifted and very happy, it is the first time I have ever got off an Origin phone call and not been stressed. I was also very pleased that I did not have to wait long until Caleb answered my call. Thank you again Caleb you are a superstar!
Shaun was very nice gentleman; he explains things clearly and was able to put my pension number on my gas and electric accounts and fix up new plans for both at the same time. He made things so much easier for me answered all queries I had.

It has been a seamless experience being wooed back from changing to another provider. The Origin person, Dean I think it was, was very knowledgeable & calm & explained the product differences & how much better their product was which made our decision easy in the end.

My Plan expired and I was automatically placed on their new plan. How come AGL is able to offer much lower c/KW (Peak $0.485c, Shoulder $0.2915c, off peak $0.33781c) with a FIT of 10c/kw for the first 10KW yet Origin has higher c/KW usage and much lower FIT? I have been a customer for many many years and feel un-rewarded for loyalty to Origin. I love the Origin App, but with cost of living, its time to consider cheapest option. Comparing AGL plan to Origin plan, AGL is almost $400/yr cheaper. Origin, can you match AGL Solar Savers plan?
Abby responded quickly and very supportively--even though I was the one who slipped up in forwarding a message to Origin when I meant to send it elsewhere. Top marks to her for her gracious message.

From the moment that my call was answered by Noah we felt understood, we were also respected and shown great compassion regarding to our circumstances. Noah also in a very polite manner advised us as to what the best solutions were that would then place us in a better position than what we were in before we rang. This young man is indeed a credit not only to Origin but also to his parents and we were very grateful to have spoken to Noah, thank you so much.
