Another corporate giant outsourcing telephone call's whose operators have difficulities when call's drop in and out which makes it hard to have a reasonable conversation and getting assistance with accounts.

I have two properties. Both have Origin NBN. However, when I log onto my Origin account, I can only see one of the properties. The other property is missing from the Origin online customer system. I was told that this was a problem with the Origin system and to get around the problem I needed to create a new email address because the Origin system can only deal with one email address per property Surely after two years of complaining about not being able to see the second property there should be a fix to the Origin system As a customer I feel that I am not valued and to suggest such a silly solution for me to get around Origin's lack of ability to change their system is unacceptable Also there are numerous system issues too many to explain here but one is that the number shown at the top of my visible NBN account is, I think, my account number but there is no label next to it to show this

Possibly the worst from a service provider. They needed to take a gas meter reading yet my first knowledge of this was an email saying they were charging me a fee for the gas meter reader who we weren’t home for yet they never eltold us when they were coming. This happened 2 more times then we booked in availability for full days to be at home and the gas meter turned up 3 weeks after the two booking times luckily when I was at home. Otherwise we have Gas, Electricity and NBN internet through Origin and all services work great, just a really unprofessional to send multiple emails charging a rebooking fee when we were never told
