Caleb was Amazing to deal with! Thank you, Caleb, for making this a smooth and easy phone call today. Caleb is a credit to Origin Energy; he provided outstanding customer service. I had multiple issues needing to be addressed and Caleb handled it with ease and professionalism. I am so grateful that he was able to do so and resolved my many queries within half hour. It was the best phone call I have ever had with anyone at Origin Energy. The call left me feeling uplifted and very happy, it is the first time I have ever got off an Origin phone call and not been stressed. I was also very pleased that I did not have to wait long until Caleb answered my call. Thank you again Caleb you are a superstar!
