the customer is kept in the dark - information is with-held - my meters have not been read in over a year - they were not read in March 2025 - notes have been left to say no reading because of dog - there is no dog and that advice has been shared with Origin on several occasions, but to no effect which indicates that the customer is of little importance - now, it seems that Origin can make changes to a closed account without providing evidence to the customer

The person who did thus was good he did well getting my original account back .the person who transferred it didn't e plane .uch and a as confusing mite need to take a bit more English classes to understand people like him or her a bit more .when connecting my power account back it was good and I could understand him but some wards I couldn't but other than that was good thank u well done a d it didn't take to long to reconnect it .I dont know the names of them to hard to pernicious. The first person not sure on the date .the 2nd person date was either 13th 14th
Everything was great, the only thing I was disappointed in is that we were not notified that the electricity was on. We eventually worked out to check the mains switch and turned it to on. Just some advice to let us know that’s what we need to do would have been helpful.
