All I get is links to websites,,Origin staff are useless..may as well not have staff if all they do is provide Web links.
At all times I have had a wonderful experience in dealing with Origin. I had service with electricity, LPG gas and broadband and every time I have contacted Origin have been well and truly satisfied. I have to move on to living area where I no longer control my supplier, so thank you for services.
I would like to talk to someone about plan prices . Seem to be impossible to talk to a person .
Blythe was helpful and fully knowledgeable about what needed to be done to sort out my problem. Extremely happy to be acknowledged and treated soo well.
I spoke with Sarah about my account and she was lovely and informative. She checked through my account and confirmed that my direct debit was cancelled as I had a credit on my account. She went through my account and noticed some unusual activity that she needed to arrange a follow up. Following this I received an email outlining what had occurred on my account and that I did in fact now have a credit due to an actual meter read being conducted and following this my account was now in credit and no longer owed money.
I have been with Origin for many years and I have been very grateful for all their help. However, I want to really express my gratitude to Nour. He has helped me enormously with my account that will now allow me to get back on track and on top of. It has been a while since I have felt confident in getting on top of my arrears but now since speaking with Nour and what he has helped me with, I can finally see myself getting back on track. Thank you Nour, I am so grateful and lucky to have had you take my call today and for all your help!

I have emailed your company on a number of times over the past couple of months for advice re energy and now, the internet. On all occasions the replies have been swift, polite and informative. This includes the inquiry today and the reply regarding signing up to your 50/20 plan. Due the time of day I'm quite prepared to wait until tomorrow (27/5) for any reply, Thanks, Greg
A refund was due but unfortunately my bank no longer takes cheques. LJ was very helpful in getting this matter sorted.
The young lady I spoke to was very informative and easy to talk to. My concerns were addressed and explained in a warm and friendly manner leaving me feeling relieved and happy.
Musta was very helpful, understood our concerns and questions and helped us decide which plan was best for us. It’s a bit annoying to have to do this every year, but at least experts like Musta are a big help in figuring it all out.
Easy to communicate with and quick response. No waiting for ten days before you get a response. Some offices need to learn from Origin how to treat customers.
