NBN app can only show one property per email address
I have two properties. Both have Origin NBN. However, when I log onto my Origin account, I can only see one of the properties. The other property is missing from the Origin online customer system. I was told that this was a problem with the Origin system and to get around the problem I needed to create a new email address because the Origin system can only deal with one email address per property Surely after two years of complaining about not being able to see the second property there should be a fix to the Origin system As a customer I feel that I am not valued and to suggest such a silly solution for me to get around Origin's lack of ability to change their system is unacceptable Also there are numerous system issues too many to explain here but one is that the number shown at the top of my visible NBN account is, I think, my account number but there is no label next to it to show this
