After a month of waiting for the modem that we requested and paid for shipping until now we experienced a bad service and poor connection. Talked to them on several occasion but promise to find solution to send a new modem but until now, there was no modem and no solution. Planning to disconnect all of my bundles with this company.

Noah was amazingly professional, efficient and helpful. You don't see much great customer service these days. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and I don't think I have come across anyone so dedicated to their job and it's customers. He definitely deserves a pay rise! My existing plan ends on 6th June 2025. I renewed my gas & electricity today for a further 12 months I expected the new plan to start on 7th June Not so, you started the plan as of today, which means I am paying the new rate which is much greater than the current plan for the new three days. You have not acted ethically in my opinion
Called up to make sure I was on the best rate and was assured I was. Gave them examples of rates that are better. THREE TIMES the salesperson said “oh, I’ve found the best rate” but it wasn’t the best rate. Watch out for Origin, they only seem to give you the best rate if you push them on it and have found it yourself otherwise they just hope they’ll be able to rip you off. Telling me staff will be educated to give the right rates misses the problem. Even my bill said I was on the best rate, so it seems to me this rip off is systematic.
